An artist, photographer, teacher, and a dog mom...

I am an artist by nature and teacher by trade. I am originally from California, but moved to Arkansas in 2011. I then attended Henderson State University and graduated in December of 2016 with a B.S.E in art education. I am currently teaching high school art at a charter school in Jacksonville, Arkansas and couldn’t ask for a more rewarding career.

Being an art teacher and an artist is not only beneficial for my students, but for myself as well. I an fortunate enough to make art along with my students and I am able to show them what time and effort can create. I try to inspire my students to be the best that they can be everyday.

When I come home after a long day, my favorite time is cuddle time with my husband and fur babies. I have a cat that refuses to leave my house and two awesome little dog babies. Let me know if you’re a fur mom too because I love any conversation about dogs or cats. Better yet, check out my watercolor pet portraits and commission one for your fur baby :)
